How does this affect me?

New Cowboymail accounts may take up to 24 hours for mailboxes to be created. IT Technicians are currently working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Resolution - Jan 22nd 9:05 am

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Jan 21st 9:28 am

Technicians are working to restore services to the affected areas.

Update - Jan 18th 1:21 pm

All accounts changes have been processed. The vendor is monitoring the situation to verify functionality.

Update - Jan 17th 5:05 pm

Technicians have identified the problem and are working with Microsoft to restore services to all affected users.

Update - Jan 16th 4:48 pm

IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are working with the vendor to restore service to the affected users.
