How does this affect me?

Network Technicians will be upgrading each apartment's wireless access point in all of the listed housing below.
During this downtime, wired and wireless network service will be unavailable through each wireless access point while it is being replaced. Wired network service to network wall jacks should not be affected. Once the apartment's wireless access point is replaced, wired and wireless service will be restored to the new wireless access point before moving on to the next apartment.

Resolution - Jun 19th 4:49 pm

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 4:45 PM, June 19. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Jun 12th 3:13 pm

Technicians have restored services to the following buildings: Village C, D, E, F, Patchen Jones, Zink Allen Hall, Booker Stinchcomb.
