How does this affect me?

Microsoft reported on Monday, 7/31/2017, that the Apple Mail client is not updating with Office 365, i.e., Cowboy Mail. The affected Office 365 components that are not syncing are email, calendar, and contacts for those using Apple Mail on Mac computers. This issue did not affect Cowboy Mail until 8/03/2017 3:50 p.m..

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
