IT technicians are aware of the issue and are currently working to restore services.

Resolution - Nov 20th 5:01 pm

IT technicians completed hardware migration. These services have been restored to full functionality as of 4:00 PM Sunday, 11/19. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Nov 20th 5:02 pm

Technicians will be installing new hardware to address this issue. The migration has been rescheduled for the 19th of November (10AM-2PM).

Update - Oct 13th 4:39 pm

Technicians have received hardware to address the high latency issues and it is scheduled to be installed the week of Oct. 30th.

The vendor has identified the root cause of the of the high latency. Technicians have ordered new hardware that should alleviate the problem.

Technicians are continuing to monitor services, and are working with the vendor to improve latency.

Technicians continue to monitor the issue and are working with the vendor to ensure availability of the affected services.

OSU Technicians have worked with the vendor to modify the systems and fix this issue. Services should be restored to the affected systems and IT Technicians will continue to monitor the network to ensure availability.
