How does this affect me?

Some users are reporting that they are unable to access Banner INB in production (PROD). IT technicians are investigating the problem.

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 3:00 PM. IT technicians will continue to closely monitor these services until 9:00 AM 9/19 to ensure availability.

Some users are reporting that they are unable to access Banner INB in production (PROD). IT technicians are investigating the problem. IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem.
