How does this affect me?

Due to DNS changes, ePrint may have become unavailable for some campuses after 11/21/2017 8:15 AM Tuesday.
Campuses running their own DNS are the ones affected. Currently we are aware of issues at OSU-OKC, NEO, and Panhandle State.

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

There is currently a workaround of using the OSU VPN client for connection. Instructions for this are located at forhelp.okstate.edu under the category Network Services/Remote Access.

IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem.
