How does this affect me?

IT technicians will be upgrading the virtual labs. During this downtime period, users should be aware of the service variations listed below.

- Individuals using the web version of Virtual Labs when the upgrade begins will be disconnected.

- Users connected through the Horizon View client software on their desktop will remain connected.

- Users connected through a terminal will remain connected.

- Users attempting to connect during the upgrade using any method will be unable to do so.

Any interruption in service is only expected to last for a few minutes at a time.
