How does this affect me?
An equipment failure has caused a complete outage of the wired and wireless network, VoIP telephones, and Virtual Desktop. IT technicians are working to restore these services.
Resolution - Aug 13th 1:09 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
Update - Aug 13th 1:03 pm
All buildings have returned to full service except for CEAT Endeavor Lab (Bldg. 0008). IT technicians are continuing to solve the problem.
