How does this affect me?
After Banner production environment (PROD and PPRD) scheduled maintenance, the Cognos service did not return to normal functionality. IT Technicians are working to restore these services.
Resolution - Sep 30th 8:17 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality as of 7:30 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
