How does this affect me?

Downloads in the online classroom that take longer that 2 minutes are currently experiencing issues with time-outs. D2L is currently investigating and working to identify the cause of the issue.

Resolution - Oct 4th 4:59 pm

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Oct 4th 8:22 am

IT Technicians have applied a hotfix and the issue should be resolved. Technicians will continue to monitor until 5:00 PM to make sure no other issues arise.

Update - Oct 3rd 5:01 pm

IT technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem.
