Shibboleth Authentication services are experiencing intermittent issues.
Orange Mail and talent.okstate.edu are affected by the outage. Technicians are working with the vendor to restore services to the affected areas.

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
