How does this affect me?
Document imaging users may receive an error when scanning documents using Grooper or ApplicationXtender. Images may also fail to render when retrieved in the legacy and Banner (BDM) document imaging environments. IT technicians are working to resolve the issue.

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
