How does this affect me?
A problem was identified with OSU Computer Lab workstations affecting students' ability to login. IT technicians are currently working to restore services.
Resolution - Oct 14th 8:34 am
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
Update - Oct 10th 12:02 pm
IT will update the Management server which controls the lab workstations over the weekend to attempt to address slower than normal reboot times.
Update - Oct 9th 9:05 pm
Technicians are aware of the problem and are working to restore services to the affected users.
Update - Oct 9th 8:38 pm
Labs affected: MS108, CLB 4th Floor, and Academic Enhancement Center. Dell lab thin clients are taking longer than normal to reboot. IT technicians have reduced the reboot time delay to 2-3 minutes but are still investigating the root cause to restore reboot times to normal.
