How does this affect me?

IT Technicians will be upgrading the software for the printers in the IT computer labs and the remote printers.
While the software upgrade is taking place, printing will be unavailable from the IT Labs or Remote Print Stations. Print requests submitted to the remote print stations prior to the downtime will still be available to print after the completion of the software upgrade.

IT Technicians have completed the upgrade. All services have been restored to full functionality. Technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure their continued availability.

IT Technicians are continuing to work on upgrading the system.
