How does this affect me?

Users may be unable to sign in to Cowboy Mail, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint Online, or access files if already signed in. Microsoft is working to revert recent changes to Office 365 to remediate the situation.

Resolution - Sep 28th 10:09 pm

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 10:00 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Sep 28th 9:09 pm

Microsoft reports that the issue should be resolved for most users.

Update - Sep 28th 6:11 pm

Microsoft is continuing work to resolve the problem.
