How does this affect me?
IDMS service (Aggie Access, C-Key, Gold-Key, Lion-Key, and O-Key) experienced issues communicating with the Campus Alert System (Rave Mobility). During the outage, users were unable to activate and update/reset their password.
Resolution - Nov 10th 1:55 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
