How does this affect me?
Monthly maintenance tasks started sooner than scheduled and restarted this service. During this downtime, users were unable to send or release print jobs in the IT Labs or at the Remote Print Stations.
Resolution - Nov 10th 6:42 pm
IT Technicians have verified that all services are available as of 6:15 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
