Server upgrades over the weekend had an impact on the Degree Works environment which were not fully resolved during the scheduled production downtime for NEO.
Users may have encountered an issue accessing DegreeWorks or may have had unexpected
error messages appear when performing audits.

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
