How does this affect me?

IT Technicians will be performing updates on the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Open LDAP system. IDMS (O-Key, Lion-Key, Gold-Key, Aggie Access, C-Key) password updates and account activations will be paused shortly during the update. Services using Open LDAP may experience intermittent interruptions.
