IT technicians discovered an issue with the Campus ACD web services. Campus ACD logins may experience intermittent connectivity issues.
Resolution - Nov 14th 6:05 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality as of 6:00PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
Update - Nov 14th 5:32 pm
IT technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem.
