How does this affect me?
On January 10th, 2022 an upgrade will be performed on the enterprise data storage system. With redundancy, no downtime or service interruption is expected. If you experience any problems with any data storage, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
Resolution - Jan 10th 9:53 pm
IT technicians have completed upgrades as of 9:49 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
Update - Jan 10th 9:05 pm
The upgrade on the enterprise data storage system is taking longer than expected. IT technicians continue working on the upgrade.
