How does this affect me?
Recipients are unable to open encrypted email messages sent via Exchange Online. When mails are sent using the [Encrypt] function, the recipients may be unable to decrypt them.

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
