How does this affect me?

Access to the Degree Works 5.0.5 parallel production environment will be sporadic during the week leading up to the launch of 5.0.5 as the production environment.

In preparation for launching the Degree Works 5.0.5 upgrade over the weekend of 02/04/2022, database updates will be performed during the week copying data from the current Degree Works 5.0.1 production environment to the parallel Degree Works 5.0.5 environment.

This will not impact the current Degree Works 5.0.1 environment directly, but Advisors and Registrar staff are reminded to stop adding exceptions or updating scribe once the data copies are begun until after the weekend launch.
