How does this affect me?
IT Technicians will be replacing UPS Battery Backup equipment. Wired, Wireless, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network services will be affected during the downtime.
Resolution - Aug 12th 7:43 am
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
