The vendor has identified the issue with Zoom's dashboard service, customers are unable to search users in past meetings. The vendor will continue to investigate and provide updates as they have them.

These services have been restored to full functionality. Technicians will continue to monitor them.

The vendor has identified the issue impacting a subset of customers unable to search users in the dashboard and will be rolling out a fix at the earliest. They will continue to investigate and provide updates as they have them.
