A subset of users are unable to receive incoming calls from the call queue.
Investigating - We have received reports of subset of users being unable to receive incoming calls from the call queue. We are currently investigating and will provide updates as we have them.
Resolution - Jan 27th 8:47 am
These services have been restored to full functionality. Zoom technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
