Zoom is investigating an issue with Microsoft Teams Rooms when connecting to Zoom Meetings using Direct Guest Join feature impacting video quality.

Resolution - Feb 2nd 8:05 am

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Feb 1st 4:39 pm

We have identified the issue with Microsoft Teams Rooms when connecting to Zoom Meetings impacting video quality. We will continue to provide updates as we have them.
