Email Services - Orange Mail End Of Life
Announcement - 02/21/2022
Oklahoma State University is phasing out Orange Mail (Gmail) and migrating all users to Cowboy Mail (Exchange Online). If you do not use Google Drive, no action on your part is required. This migration process will be performed in batches starting on May 19, 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in August 2022.
How are you affected?
1. You will receive an email migration notification stating when your account is scheduled for migration
2. Your @okstate.edu email address will remain the same
3. Your O-Key email destination will be updated to Cowboy Mail
4. Your Orange Mail data will be migrated to your Cowboy Mail
What should I do?
Please note, OSU IT is unable to migrate your Google Drive files.
1. Alumni
__1.1 Upon receiving the Orange Mail End of Life notification, manually download your Google Drive files to your local computer
2. Student / Faculty / Staff

___2.2 OneDrive is available as a replacement storage solution
