How does this affect me?
IT technicians will be upgrading the virtual lab infrastructure ??? VMware Horizon. During the downtime:
* People connected through the web version of the Virtual Labs at the beginning of the upgrade will be disconnected.
* Individuals connected through a desktop client software - Horizon View ??? will remain connected.
* Attempts to connect during the upgrade will not be successful.
* The service may become intermittent and/or have reduced performance.
Interruptions in service is expected to last only for a few minutes at a time.
