How does this affect me?
IT technicians are performing an emergency software upgrade to fix a bug that is interrupting wireless connection in the residential life buildings, where some users are having issues connecting to the wireless network intermittently.
Wireless services will be interrupted during this time.
Resolution - Apr 20th 7:28 am
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
