Intermittent Wireless Connectivity - Wireless, VoIP.
Note: VoIP will be affected only if the building normally has these services

How does this affect me?

Wireless services will be intermittent throughout Residential Life. Interruptions will be for a brief period of time.
OSU-Telecommunications is working with the equipment vendor Cisco to find a resolution to this issue.

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 09/26/2018 at 5:00 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

IT Technicians are aware of the network issue and are currently working to restore services to the affected buildings.

IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem

Wireless connectivity will be intermittent for ResLife users.

OSU Guest has been restored. Network Technicians will continue to monitor network connectivity in the Residential Life building.

OSU Guest has been restored. Network Technicians will continue to monitor network connectivity in the Residential Life building.

Update - Sep 14th 9:27 am

Technicians will perform an emergency maintenance update to resolve the issues with wireless connectivity 09/18/2018 at 5:00 am.

Update - Sep 13th 12:13 pm

At this time, users might experience a certificate error while trying to connect to OSUGUEST. Users will have to "add exception" or accept the certificate when prompted to be able to connect. Technicians are aware of this and working on a fix.
