How does this affect me?

Due to a power surge in multiple buildings that began at 08:40 pm, a network outage occurred. During this downtime period, any services requiring A/C electricity to operate will experience loss of service. This includes but is not limited to telecommunications equipment, PC network connectivity (wired, wireless, local, and internet), VoIP phones, and Fire Alarm services.

Due to a power issue in buildings Vet Med Teaching (Bldg #107) McElroy Hall (Bldg #039) Controlled Enviromental Research Lab (Bldg #062) Motorpool(Bldg #085) Brumley Office (Bldg #120) Colvin Annex(Bldg #109) that began at 08:40 pm, a network outage occurred. During this downtime period, any services requiring A/C electricity to operate will experience loss of service. This includes but is not limited to telecommunications equipment, PC network connectivity (wired, wireless, local, and internet), VoIP phones, and Fire Alarm services.
