Technicians need to perform an emergency restart of Cognos. During this time Cognos services will be unavailable.

These services have been restored to full functionality.
Update - Jul 9th, 11:15 am
Due to an unforeseen error, Cognos services are again unavailable. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the problem.
