How does this affect me?

Users may be unable to log in to Cowboy Mail using any of the Outlook Desktop client, Exchange ActiveSync, Outlook on the Web.
Users may be unable to certain Teams functions such as accessing their calendars, creating and modifying events, and modifying channels.
Users may be unable to perform searches in SharePoint Online.
Recently, Microsoft made changes to their infrastructure which resulted in a disruption of services. They are working to roll back those changes.
Microsoft have started deploying a fix having identified the root cause.

Resolution - Nov 26th, 3:03 pm

These services have been restored.

Update - Nov 25th, 6:26 pm

Microsoft reports the service is continuing to recover with an estimated resolution at 9:00 PM on Monday, November 25th.

Update - Nov 25th, 4:35 pm

Microsoft have identified a change in their environment that resulted in an excessively high amount of request retries. They are continuing to apply optimizations and are monitoring the service.

Update - Nov 25th, 11:03 am

A patch has been implemented and most service availability is recovering.?? An estimated completion time is not yet available.
