Some users are unable to use eDiscovery services and features in Purview eDiscovery.

These services have been restored to full functionality.

Technicians have implemented a fix and are waiting for verification that it is functioning properly.

Microsoft technicians are continuing their testing and analysis of the code.

Microsoft has confirmed their new solution and is applying it to their systems.

Microsoft's work to resolve the issue has been unsuccessful. They are testing a new solution but do not have a timeline for when it will be finished and services will be restored.

Microsoft is continuing work to restore services. They now estimate full restoration at 3:00 AM.

Service restoration is taking longer than expected. Microsoft now estimates services will be restored by 11:00 PM.
