How does this affect me?

NEO is experiencing a network and service outage affecting their campuses due to a roof leak over their main data center. All equipment has been covered and turned off until the situation can be assessed to prevent damage.

Wireless networking has been restored to campus and services have been fully restored.

Update - Apr 30th, 9:24 pm

Wireless networking has been restored in the residence halls. Other areas of campus are still experiencing wireless network issues. NEO technicians are continuing to work with OneNet to diagnose and resolve these remaining issues.

Update - Apr 30th, 11:50 am

All critical data center services at NEO have been restored. However, some areas on the NEO campus are still experiencing wireless network issues. The NEO IT team is actively working to resolve these remaining connectivity problems.

EIT Technicians are aware of the issue and are continuing work to resolve the problem..

EIT technicians have restored most of the NEO data center systems, however, network connectivity continues to be affected.?? EIT technicians continue work to restore services.
