How does this affect me?
Some users' inbound email messages sent from Gmail accounts may be incorrectly marked as spam and quarantined. Microsoft has identified the issue and its solution. They are currently working to restore services.
Resolution - May 1st, 4:06 pm
Microsoft technicians have resolved the issue where some Gmail emails were mistakenly marked as spam. They reverted to a previous system model, ensuring Gmail messages are now correctly delivered.
Update - May 1st, 3:18 pm
Microsoft technicians have confirmed that they are seeing the expected improvements to service telemetry after reverting the previous ML model and they are continuing to monitor the mitigation to ensure the issue is no longer occurring.

Technicians are continuing to solve the issue.
