How does this affect me?

Oklahoma State Enterprise Information Technology is currently monitoring a reported issue affecting Microsoft Authentication and Duo Security. Users may experience intermittent failures, delays, or the inability to authenticate when logging into university services that require Microsoft and Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Update - Feb 23rd, 12:00 pm

Microsoft reported they've confirmed that the reported impact has been mitigated. Their investigation determined that Microsoft services were operating as expected throughout the incident. They've confirmed with a third party authentication provider (Cisco/Duo) that a fix deployed within their environment has resolved the issue, and they're seeing successful authentication attempts.
