How does this affect me?

EIT technicians have discovered and are currently experiencing an issue where newly created O-Key accounts may be activated, but the process that updates CS Gold with the account information is not working. So, when printing new ID cards, the card may not work when accessing doors. This appears to be a database issue. EIT technicians have engaged with their vendor to determine the cause of and solution for the error.

These services have been restored, and any patron cards affected should now work.

Update - Mar 2nd, 7:54 pm

ID Card services have been restored, and EIT technicians have restored services for known affected patrons. Any remaining patrons whose cards are not working should call the Help Desk at 405-744-4357.

Update - Feb 27th, 2:09 pm

EIT Technicians worked with the vendor and corrected the issue, which was originally misidentified as a database error. The process of remediating the problem may have resulted in a very small subset of patrons (those who had cards reprinted from Monday, 23FEB2026 to approximately 1100hrs CDT Friday, 27FEB2026) found their cards were not working. EIT Technicians are working on correcting this issue, but request patrons whose cards were reprinted during this time frame and find their cards are not working to call the Help Desk at 405-744-4357.
