How does this affect me?
IT technicians discovered an issue where users may be unable to see email messages in the Cowboy Mail reading pane. Microsoft technicians are aware and working to resolve the issue.

Microsoft has identified and remediated the cause of the reading pane and other Outlook Web Access functionality being intermittently
Update - Nov 8th 9:10 pm
Users may be unable to view, create, or reply to email messages using Outlook Web Access
