How does this affect me?

Some students are reporting a "Loading failed" message when attempting to search for classes using Student Registration. We received a few isolated reports of this issue beginning on Monday, 11/20/2017. IT technicians are investigating the cause.

These services have been restored to full functionality as of 5:30 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Technicians have implemented a possible solution to the issue, and are monitoring the situation to ensure services have been restored to full functionality.

Technicians are currently working with the vendor to resolve the problem.
