How does this affect me?
IT technicians detected an intermittent outage for Open LDAP from 6:19 PM to 8:20 PM. Users were not able to make some types of changes through O-Key including password resets.
Resolution - Sep 15th 9:36 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality as of 8:20 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
