IT Technicians discovered an outage that affected any services relying on connections to ITSQL and STWSQL from 4:40 PM to 5:00 PM.
Resolution - Nov 10th 5:22 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality as of 5:00 PM. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
