How does this affect me?

Users were unable to activate their IDMS account, nor able to update their password between 6:45PM and 7:12PM February 22, 2021. We believe that the issue has been resolved. If you tried to activate your account or tried to update your password during the unscheduled outage, please try activating or updating your password again. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Resolution - Feb 22nd 7:51 pm

O-Key/C-Key services have been restored at this time. If users could not login, or were unable to change their passwords during the outage, they can do so now. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
