How does this affect me?
New mail accounts and Updates to Cowboymail accounts are currently unavailable. Changes made in Okey will not be updated until the issues are resolved. These include:
New mailbox creation;
Email address change;
Enabling an account;
Disabling an account;
Locking an account;
Unlocking an account
Resolution - Apr 14th 5:00 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
