How does this affect me?
Due to a power surge at the the Village, buildings 126, 127, 128, and 129 that began at 09:00, a network outage occurred. During this downtime period, any services requiring A/C electricity to operate will experience loss of service. This includes but is not limited to telecommunications equipment, PC network connectivity (wired, wireless, local, and internet), VoIP phones, and Fire Alarm services.
Resolution - Jul 13th 12:09 pm
These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.
