How does this affect me?

Dashboard services exhibit abnormal behavior when an audit is performed. This requires rerunning of background processes before audits will process properly. Please try again after service is restored.

Resolution - Sep 1st 6:07 pm

All Degree Works services have been restored. IT technicians will continue to monitor the service for abnormalities.

Update - Sep 1st 5:12 pm

Replacement audits have now completed processing for affected students for Northeastern Oklahoma and OSU-OKC. New audits for the other institutions are in progress and should be completed within the next few hours. OSU's equivalency mappings have been updated and Transfer Equivalency should now be working properly. Technicians will continue to monitor Degree Works to ensure that everything is functioning properly.

Update - Sep 1st 4:30 pm

Background processes for Degree Works Dashboard and Banner SFPCPOS have completed processing for all institutions. Replacement audits have now completed processing for affected students for Connors State College and Langston University. New audits for the other institutions are in progress and should be completed within the hour for most institutions. Degree Works Transfer Equivalency for OSU may still process audit information incorrectly. Technicians continue to work on this issue.
