How does this affect me?

Orange Mail and other Gmail users may experience Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) when emailing recipients using either the Cowboy Mail or Orange Mail system. This occurs when the Orange Mail or Gmail is sent through a specific Gmail server that has been blocked by our anti-spam vendor for excessive spam/phish attacks, and other mail abuses.

Orange Mail and other Gmail senders have no control over their outbound mail server, and may therefore find their mail blocked from reaching any Orange Mail or Cowboy Mail recipient.

Our anti-spam vendor is working to resolve the issue.
