How does this affect me?
Technicians found an issue with the previous Border Firewall upgrade. They will continue working on the issue. Due to network software upgrades, users may experience reduced or interrupted connectivity. Technicians will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Technicians finished the Border Firewall Upgrade. They will monitor the situation to ensure availability of service.
