How does this affect me?

IT technicians discovered a network outage affecting connectivity at Prosser Apartments unit N-16 (Bldg. 0162). IT technicians are currently working to restore services.

Resolution - Apr 25th 10:14 am

These services have been restored to full functionality. IT technicians will continue to monitor these services to ensure availability.

Update - Apr 25th 8:48 am

Due to a power outage at Prosser Apartments a network outage occurred. During this downtime period, any services requiring A/C electricity to operate will experience loss of service. This includes but is not limited to telecommunications equipment, PC network connectivity (wired, wireless, local, and internet), VoIP phones, and Fire Alarm services.

IT Technicians are aware of the issue and are waiting on Residential Life personnel to contact them, in order to gain access to the building.
